Our story so far
Our Founding Director, Jonathan Dunn, has over 30 years experience within the property development industry. Working in general real estate, finance, land and medium development and also high rise apartment developments. He identified a gap in the boutique development market and has set about identifying quality developments within the bayside and surrounds for the discerning buyer.
